Welcome: 3 new trainees at KrontecWe are delighted to welcome three new apprentices to our team in the new academic year of 2020.
Especially in these uncertain times, we want to offer young school leavers the security of a professional future – and an apprenticeship is the very first step towards that. On their first day, our apprentices were introduced to the company and their colleagues so they could get to know Krontec and feel welcome. After that, we will begin their training as CNC machinists, starting gradually but steadily. They will be supported throughout by our production manager, whom they can contact at any time with questions or concerns. Our production staff and apprentices in higher years will also do their best to support our new team members.
Training young talent has always been a high priority for us: we currently have a total of 11 apprentices among our approximately 100 employees. We wish our apprentices every success and all the best for their upcoming training! Anyone who would like to be part of our team next year can still apply until spring 2021.
