CNC Production / Manufacturing 4.0
Our strength lies in the production of complex turned and milled components, where every dimension and every gram requires the highest level of precision. We manufacture adapters, fittings, couplings and other components from high quality materials such as aerospace grade aluminium, stainless steel, PEEK and titanium. Thanks to our well stocked raw material inventory and state of the art CNC machinery, we can respond flexibly to every customer requirement. From prototypes to small and large series production. Tube Bending Center
From manual bending to CNC bending, our bending centre significantly expands our flexibility and manufacturing capabilities. Using specially developed techniques and processes, we bend tube and line systems in a wide range of sizes, shapes and radii precisely according to customer requirements. CNC controlled processes allow us to combine precision, speed and excellent repeatability. The result is customised solutions that meet the highest quality and performance standards and are manufactured on schedule thanks to efficient processes.
Line assembly
Our customised line systems are tested under extreme conditions and inspected by specialists. Every line undergoes 100% inspection and pressure testing, with technical cleaning and flushing available on request. Our range includes brake, oil, fuel, pneumatic and hydraulic lines as well as customised solutions for hybrid system cooling, providing maximum safety and performance on the racetrack.
Assembly of assemblies
In our subassembly department, we combine mechanical components, connecting elements and customised parts into fully assembled units ready for installation. Structured processes, clearly defined standards and final functional testing ensure that every assembly is reliable, durable and ready for installation upon delivery.
Soldering
Our soldering processes create permanent, leak tight and durable connections between components, precisely matched to the material and application. Controlled processes and experienced specialists ensure consistently high quality results. This allows us to produce components that perform safely and reliably over the long term, even under demanding conditions.
Quality assurance
None of our products leaves our facility without first passing through our quality assurance process. State of the art measurement technology and a wide range of testing procedures enable us to inspect even the smallest tolerances. Regular certification according to EN 9100 and ISO 9001 confirms our high standards. This provides our customers with maximum transparency, safety and traceability. Surface Shop / Electroplating
Our in house plating facility makes Krontec faster, more flexible and more precise. Every surface is treated using state of the art technology and precisely tailored to the requirements of our products. This allows us to combine the highest level of precision, short processing times and complete control over every stage of the process.
