Our social responsibility is first and foremost reflected in the satisfaction of our employees. That is why we place great importance on fair working conditions, personal development and open communication. In line with the principles of collective agreements, we conduct an annual performance review with every employee. This provides an opportunity to recognise individual performance and positively influence personal compensation within the respective employee group. Together with their supervisors, employees also identify suitable training opportunities and individual development paths.In addition to a 13th month’s salary, we pay an additional bonus depending on the company’s business performance. For us, however, financial recognition is only part of the picture. The overall satisfaction of our employees is equally important.
