Krontec welcomes new traineesSince September 1, 2019, the Krontec team has grown again: Our four new apprentices will begin their training as CNC machinists with us this year.
During this time, our apprentices will learn how to analyze production orders, how to set up and operate computer-controlled machine tools, what to do in case of technical malfunctions or quality defects, and how to document their work and results. This knowledge will be imparted throughout the 3.5-year apprenticeship, alternating between on-the-job training and vocational school. CNC machinist is a highly regarded profession, offering numerous opportunities for further training and finding applications in almost every industry.
Our goal is to provide our apprentices with as much knowledge and practical experience as possible, help them achieve the best possible results in their final exams, and welcome them as new employees to our company after their training.
