SERVICE REQUEST
SERVICE PROCESS
1. Please fill out all the mandatory fields (*) which you can find in the service formulars by clicking the buttons above
2. Send a mail with the service formular attached to service(at)krontec.de
3. Dispatch your equipment and add the document
4. You will receive our feedback together with a quote/ invoice once the inspection of the incoming goods is finished
5. Once we receive your GO, we will start the service (we will skip this step if you opt for the shortcut option)
6. After a final inspection we will dispatch the parts or inform you if you want to pickup the parts
- Please note that we will charge additional service costs in case of disassembled or heavily soiled equipment
- Normal processing time 2-3 weeks depending on the current work load
